Your apartment does not have a washing machine? The Eco Express Laundry launderette at Komturstraße 1 is only about a 3-minute walk away (open Monday to Saturday, 6:00 to 22:00).

A fan is available free of charge for hot summer days. If you need an additional one, please contact our team.
Is it too cold for you? Please contact our team. We will be happy to place a fan heater in your apartment.

The accommodation comes with a kitchen, which is handed over clean and with a full set of equipment. We kindly ask you to put dishes, cutlery and pots back in the cupboards only once they are clean.
Please do not shower outside the shower cubicle. Please keep the bathroom as dry as possible.
For stays of at least 7 days, we offer a free intermediate cleaning service upon request. This includes cleaning the floors, changing the towels, disposing of rubbish, replenishing toilet paper, coffee pads and soap, and a quick clean of the bathroom and kitchen. Additional intermediate cleaning at intervals of your choice is available at €25 per clean. Please contact our team to arrange this.
Upon departure, we kindly ask our guests to leave the apartment swept clean and with the dishes washed. Heavy soiling will be charged according to the effort involved, with a minimum charge of €25. As a deposit, we take the liberty of storing your credit card or passport details. This data will be irrevocably deleted by us on the day of your departure.

The rental price includes bed linen, towels, tea towels, washing-up liquid and bin bags. We also provide coffee pads for the coffee machine, detergent for the washing machine, and salt and pepper. Please let us know if you need additional supplies or anything else. Final cleaning is also included in the price.

Many apartments have a sofa bed to accommodate additional guests. If you have booked the apartment for more people and intend to use the sofa bed, you will find bed linen and towels for it in the wardrobe. Please contact us if you have any questions about using them.

We are happy to provide you with a cot and a high chair free of charge. Simply reserve them before arrival or contact our team during your stay.

Pets are very welcome. For the additional cleaning effort, we charge a flat rate of €15 per night per pet. Please register your pet with us before your arrival.

We welcome your suggestions and ideas for improvement. If anything is not to your satisfaction, please let us know right away so that we can put it right during your stay.
Guest satisfaction is our top priority.

We kindly ask that you observe the night-time quiet period between 22:00 and 6:00. The apartments, their furnishings and any other property must not be damaged. Please note that any damage caused will have to be charged for.

All our apartments are non-smoking apartments. We reserve the right to charge for damage to the inventory in the form of burn marks at replacement value. The additional cost of special cleaning will be charged at €300.

Please dispose of waste in the designated bins (yellow: plastic, green: paper and brown: residual waste) in the corridors; these are emptied daily. If there are no bins in the corridors, please contact us. We will collect your rubbish if necessary. On departure, you can leave the rubbish in the apartment and we will dispose of it during the final cleaning.

• Turn the heating down by one degree
• Turn the air conditioning/fan up by one degree, or open the window for cooler air
• Set the fridge to medium cooling
• Only run the dishwasher when full and use the eco programme
• Switch off lights and air conditioning/fan when leaving the apartment
• Reduce water consumption
• Close windows and doors when leaving the apartment
• Air the rooms briefly and thoroughly instead of tilting the windows

Please depart by 11:00 at the latest. When you leave the apartment, please place the keys on the table and close the door behind you. Please understand that we have to charge a flat rate of €100 if a room key is lost. A later departure is possible by prior arrangement until 12:00. Please contact our team to arrange this. If you are leaving earlier than expected, please let us know the day before, so that we can make the best use of our housekeeping services.

Before departure, please enter your invoice details into our guest system. An invoice will automatically be sent to the email address you provided on the day of departure. You will receive access to our guest system a few days before arrival. If you have any questions, you can reach our team by email at office@family-appartements-freiburg.de .

For additional persons we charge €15 per night per person.
